From the age of 5, she loved reading women's magazines such as ESSE. At the age of 15, she began serious research into tidying up.
At the age of 19, she started a tidying consulting business and created her own tidying method, the ''KonMari Method.''
Published in 2010, ''The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up'' has been translated into more than 40 countries around the world, and has become a worldwide bestseller with over 14 million copies sold. In 2015, she was selected as one of the ''100 Most Influential People in the World'' by TIME magazine.
“KonMari ~The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up~”, which was released on Netflix in 2019, was nominated for two Emmy Awards and became the most popular non-fiction program of the same year.

Graduated from Princeton University at the top of his class. He was the first American to earn the Geshe, the highest degree in Buddhist studies.
After 25 years of training in a monastery, he was involved in the founding of the diamond company Andeen International in New York, following the teachings of ancient Asian scriptures and creating a company with annual sales of $250 million. He is leading a project to digitize ancient texts, inputting, preserving, and translating Buddhist texts, and preaching the rules of success to businessmen around the world through lectures all over the world.

After graduating from Shanghai Foreign Studies University, studied abroad in Japan. After completing a master's degree at Keio University, worked for a major IT company before becoming independent.
